In compliance with GDPR, your personal data and your clients’ data is encrypted with 128 bit key, safeguarded in a bank safe. Only our personal data administrator has access to it and only in the presence of the SchoolManage CEO. We do not share the available information with anybody.

SchoolManage is a SaaS software and requires a monthly subscription for its use. We offer different pricing plans suitable for micro, small, medium, and large private educational centers. The final price consists of the cost for the core software and the cost for additional modules. The price of one module is indicated in the column of the respective pricing plan. This price, multiplied by the number of modules you wish to use, plus the cost of the core software, is the monthly amount for using SchoolManage.

We offer several types of support:

1. numerous tutorial videos for different processes in SchoolManage,

2. phone call – via phone, Viber, WhatsApp,

3. video conference with our collaborator.
Regardless of whether you are in the trial period or not, you can rely on all of them.

You can download your database with all your clients, including their personal information and their active training orders, if applicable. One month after your account is terminated, the database will be permanently deleted. We do not share the information with anyone.

You use the software for the period you have prepaid. If you decide to stop using it, you can do so by not paying for the next period. We do not refund prepaid amounts, and you do not owe a penalty if you choose not to continue after the prepaid period.

At present, SchoolManage is available in English, Bulgarian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Italian, Spanish and Vietnamese. If your business operates in a country with a different official language and you need to present the software functionalities to your clients in another language, we are ready to translate it for you for the shortest lead time possible.

Depending on the scale of your business, the initial data entry in SchoolManage may be a more time-consuming process. You need to prepare and upload pictures, courses, create profiles of teachers and clients. If you do not have the time for this, we recommend you delegate that to a trusted employee who will serve as a contact person with us. 

If you dedicate 1-2 hours a day, within 2 weeks you will have the necessary knowledge of the software.

Our pricing plans are based on the number of active teachers and branches. This means that there can be an unlimited number of teachers in the list, but you can only work with as many as allowed by the pricing plan you choose. If you have 2 or more branches, the total number of teachers is summed across your entire business. For example, in one branch, you might have two teachers, and in another, ten.
